Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully and make sure you understand them before making any booking or entering into any contract with "My Pet First Aid"
Want to snag a spot in one of our epic courses? Just hop onto our website, give us a ring, or shoot an email to hello@mypetfirstaid.co.uk. But hurry, because spots are hotter than a fresh batch of cookies! You’ll need to pay in full when you book—unless your class lets you toss down a deposit, in which case, just make sure to settle up before class kicks off. Once your payment is in, we’ll hit you up with a confirmation email faster than you can say “pet first aid!”

Heads up: We need at least 5 enthusiastic participants to make a course happen. If we don’t reach that magic number, we might have to cancel or reschedule, but don’t worry—we’ll give you a shout as soon as we can!

If the venue we picked goes belly up for any reason, we’ll move the party to another spot within 5 miles.

Now, about those cancellation rules! According to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013:

You’ve got a 14-day window from when we confirm your booking to change your mind(Cooling-off Period). If you cancel during this time, we’ll give you a full refund.

If you're booking within 14 days of the course start date, the Cooling-off Period goesout the window, and you can’t cancel without losing your rights.

If you need to cancel after the Cooling-off Period, just let us know before the class starts, and we’ll try to reschedule you once for free! After that, there’s a £10 fee for each change.
And once you’ve amended once, if you decide to bail altogether, unfortunately no refunds, my friend.

We’ve got both in-person and online courses! If we have to cancel your course, we’ll offer a new date that could be in-person or virtual. If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, we’ll refund you fully. But just a heads up: we don’t cover any travel or lodging costs if we cancel.

Oh, and if you paid through a third party like Stripe or PayPal, any fees they charged might not be refunded and will be deducted from your refund.

We may need to tweak things like booking details, course content, instructors, or venues as needed. If your trainer can’t make it, we’ll send someone equally qualified to step in.
Lastly, we can’t be held responsible for any losses you or others might face from relying on our training materials—even if we’re sad about it! This doesn’t affect your rights in the case of negligence leading to injury or death.
